    Care for the first 40 days and beyond.

    Together we will create a space to help protect your rest, nourish your body, and support the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of recovery. Wherever the threshold took you, we integrate.

    – warm meals + snack preparation
    – newborn care + soothing
    – healing guidance and check-ins
    – belly/womb warming practices
